Kunal M. Soni

Managing Director

Previously, Mr. Soni was a Principal at Bison Capital, a non-control private equity fund based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to Bison Capital, Mr. Soni was in the Los Angeles office of J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division where his responsibilities included originating, analyzing and executing a broad range of financing and merger and acquisition transactions.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, he worked in the Transaction Services practice for KPMG LLP, where he was responsible for conducting financial and strategic due diligence for institutional investors, private equity firms and strategic buyers in connection with merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Soni currently serves on the board of directors of Anytime Worldwide, LLC.

Mr. Soni began his career in the audit practice of KPMG LLP. Mr. Soni earned a BA from Emory University.
