Prior to joining THL Credit Advisors, Mr. Incandela worked for BMO Capital Markets in Boston where he worked in the investment banking division, focusing on middle market Healthcare M&A and financings. Prior to BMO, he worked in the investment banking division at Jefferies & Company in the M&A and Healthcare groups.

Mr. Incandela holds a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
