THL Credit Group is a flexible source of capital and is capable of providing financing across the capital structure. We are a long term investor and can provide additional capital after the initial closing if needed. We invest in:
- Senior Loans – first and second lien senior secured loans, both broadly syndicated and smaller club transactions
- High Yield Bonds – public and private corporate bonds
- Mezzanine and Structured Equity – subordinated debt investments that can be customized for an issuer’s specific capital needs
- Structured Credit – asset-backed securitizations and collateralized debt obligations
- Equity Co-Investments – minority equity investments usually made along side a private equity sponsor
We seek opportunities to provide capital to companies with a minimum EBITDA of $10 million.
