THL Credit is an investment manager focused on providing junior capital, primarily subordinated debt, to private and public middle market companies requiring capital for growth, acquisition, recapitalization and change of control. Our target companies operate in a variety of industries and typically have revenues between $50 million and $500 million with annual EBITDA of at least $7.5 million.
